eSUN PETG+: The Performance Benchmark
Combining PLA’s simplicity, ABS’s toughness, and PC’s clarity. Built for high-performance mechanical & industrial applications
Performance upgraded, Built for strength: PETG+ features exceptional strength and toughness. Built to handle heavy-duty mechanical jigs and structural housings without delamination. High-performance functional printing, without compromise.
Quality Upgraded ，Low Shrinkage & Clog-Free Extrusion: Low shrinkage for stable dimensions and smooth extrusion, ensuring crisp details on complex models.
Durability upgraded, Built for all environments: Heat Resistant to 70-75°C. Chemical & UV Resilient. Maintains stability under acid/alkali corrosion and intense UV exposure. Built to thrive in everything from indoor functional parts to long-term, rugged outdoor applications.
Safety upgraded, Fully certified workflow：Certified by FDA, EU Food-Contact, and EN71-3 Toy Safety standards, with GRS certification for sustainability. Total peace of mind, from home DIY to industrial prototyping.
Advanced Optics. Vibrant & Translucent.： Achieve PC-like transparency without the challenge of high-temperature warping. Our solid colors offer high saturation and batch stability, ensuring consistent visual impact from functional prototyping to end-use displays.
Application
Prototype design, Translucent models, Architectural decor
Notes:
● The water absorption of PETG+ material is slightly stronger, making it more susceptible to moisture. When resuming printing after a long period of inactivity, it is recommended to dry the material at 60℃ for more than 8 hours first.
● The material is relatively prone to sticking to the nozzle. During printing, it is recommended to increase retraction, disable Z-hop, reduce the flow rate ratio, and slow down the printing speed.
