  • Do you have the item stock?

We do our best to keep our inventory status up to date on the website. If the product status says “In stock” that mean the item is available in our warehouse in Canada.

  • I would like to pick up the order at your MARKHAM location. How long does it take for order to be available for pickup?
If the Item Located in our Canada warehouse , your order is ready for pickup as soon as you place an order ! Please check our operation hours and confirm by email.
  • Do you offer volume discounts?
Possibly. Please contact us (sales@digitmakers.ca) for details.
  • Do you do US delivery?
Yes! We take orders from the USA. Since our prices are in CAD and there is no sales tax (at least we don’t charge it) then it might be a good deal for US customers!
  • What delivery service do you use? How much is shipping?
We use Canada Post Expedited Service. Our website is linked to Canada Post Portal and provide discounted shipping cost. Tracking number is attached to each order as soon as the order is processed. Our current shipping
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Normally we ship orders same day. Cut-off time – 3PM EST. Orders placed after 3PM are shipped next business day. Canada Post approximate delivery time: Canada ON/QC – 1-3 business days Canada other provinces – 2-6 business days US – 3-8 business days.
  • I am waiting for email confirmation my order has been shipped and my tracking number,but haven’t received this?

Please look in your SPAM folder, as sometimes our shipping confirmation is sorted into these type of folders automatically by various email providers.

  • Do I need a PayPal account?
PayPal account is not mandatory. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can proceed to pay with your credit/debit card via PayPal.
  • How much should I pay Duty and import Taxes?
Canadian Tax will be applied according to the customer shipping address. For items shipped directly to our Customers can calculate estimated import taxes here , Please Contact Sales@digitmakers.ca if you need help calculating your tax.
  • Do you offer warranty ?
All our products comes with Manufacturer warranties , DigitMakers.ca provide help in the warranty when the item purchased from our Canada's warehouse. Otherwise Seller Should Contact Manufacturer for warranty .
  • What is your Refund Policy ?
All product can be refunded within 1 week from the purchase date. Items have to be in original packaging and unused . Kits that need assembly should be in original packaging and have no sign of assembly. Customers responsible for shipping back the items insurance (damaged items will not be refunded). Digitmakers team will inspect the item and decide if the item is refundable or not. There is 15% restocking fee applied on specific products.
  • Do you Provide Local Support ?
Yes , we provide local support for items purchased from our Canada's warehouse .
