-Returning an unopened product:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the original package and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require the order no. and proof of purchase
Gift cards are a non-returnable item and are exempt from being returned.
Only regularly priced items may be returned, Clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
By returning an unopened product within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full refund, credit or exchange for the same value.
If your order is covered by Redo Returns Coverage or Package Protection Plus, eligible return shipping costs may be covered according to your coverage terms. For unopened products that are not covered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; if the original order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost and any related fees may be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.
- Returning an open product:
Open product can be returned only in case of a defective product. If the product you received is found to be defective during the first 30 days from the purchase date, or within the product’s manufacturer warranty, we we may issue a refund, store credit, or exchange in accordance with your Redo Returns Coverage or Package Protection Plus terms. Please submit a return request HERE and our Support Team will follow up to review the issue and may request a detailed description, photos, videos, or other information to determine eligibility.
All shipping costs associated with a defective product will be covered by Digitmakers.ca
