D3D Premium TPU is a high-strength flexible filament and feels similar to a tough rubber Rubber Material.  It is flexible yet tough and is suitable for almost all FDM 3D printers.

Print Setting Recommendation: 
  1. Print slow, 40 mm/s
  2. Printing temp. is 215~220℃.
  3. No need a heating bed, or suggest bed temp 60-80 ℃
  4. Might need change the retraction speed and distance setting to get smooth finish
FLEXIBLE WITH SHORE 95A

D3D Premium TPU 95A is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament specially engineered to work on most direct-extruders. It has a shore hardness of 95A and can stretch more than five times its original length. Its a multifunctional elastomer with unique properties. It has excellent abrasion resistance, tear resistance, oil and solvent resistance.

EXTREMELY DURABLE

D3D Premium TPU 95A has a closed-loop control system and near-freezing point cooling technology, which is the industry's leading elastomer wire diameter control technology.  The surface of the product is smoother. The moisture before processing is strictly controlled to reach a level of less than 500ppm. This allows the printed parts to maintain excellent mechanical properties.
