SILICON CARBIDE NOZZLE

The nozzle tip is made from 99.9% high-purity Silicon Carbide, offering excellent temperature resistance and wear resistance, allowing for printing at up to 550°C without wear on the nozzle hole or tip. Its high thermal conductivity ensures efficient heating for fast printing. The tip is assembled using a special riveting process, providing a stable and reliable fit. The design of the nozzle body guarantees high strength to prevent fractures. Additionally, the entire nozzle is coated with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), which has a low surface friction coefficient of just 0.05, resulting in clean printing without plastic sticking. Precision machining achieves an orifice dimension tolerance of 0.01mm with a concentricity of 0.02mm.
