Takes 15-20 min to put the machine together , the manual contains enough details to help new users to assemble the machine.
Build Plate Leveling and First Print
After following the Auto-leveling process , and adjusting the screw , the machine leveling process is not easy ,The Machine is useable by adjusting the live Z offsett while printing , however Creality sent us Upgraded Firmware for the LCD and the Controller .

Here is how did we flash the firmware .
1- Open the bottom cover of the machine; unscrew the bottom cover , and two screws on each side of the printer

2- Using FAT32 formatted Microsd card unzip the content of the LCD folder , and copy/paste in the Microsd card .
3- Insert the sd card as shown in Fig(2) and turn the printer power on, wait for 10 min until the LCD screen firmware is completed.
4- Now Connect the printer to the PC using USB cable , and make sure that the slicer recognize the printer , and the printer is connected to the PC with the right USB port , and Baudrate should be 115200 ( if you require more information , please refer to the instructions located in the Firmware Zip File link Above. )
5- Select CR10S profile , Click on Machine Tab , then Install Custom Firmware .
6- Locate the Hex File and wait until you complete the installation .
In conclusion , the new firmware helps a little leveling the bed , yet live z offset is very important to get the right distance between the nozzle and the bed.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
