Powerbelt3D PET Tape for joining Formula32 Belts

This PET (polyester) tape is used to join the two ends of a Formula32 Conveyor belt together. It is the same material as the top layer of the Formula32 Conveyor belts, so the adhesive forms a strong bond.

This PET (polyester) tape is used to join the two ends of a Formula32 Conveyor belt together. It is the same material as the top layer of the Formula32 Conveyor belts, so the adhesive forms a strong bond. The tape is 60mm wide and 33m long.

We include a few strips of this same tape with every conveyor belt order. However, if you’re planning to do a lot of conveyor belt 3D printing, it’s great to have some extra tape on-hand.

The adhesive of this tape is pressure-sensitive.  For best results, apply the tape and then press it into place with a bank card or similar firm plastic edge. The video below shows an example of installing a conveyor belt on a Powerbelt3D Zero 3D printer, but could have some helpful tips that could apply to any conveyor belt 3D printer.
