Print PETG as easy as PLA 

Material Weight: 1 KG Spools 

Easy-PETG™ is  developed to provide ease of use combined with better mechanical properties. The material is bendable and flexible when thinner part is printed and shock absorbent thicker part is printed( e.g blocks or fixtures) 

Main Features of this Material 

  • Prints with lower temperature with default setting like PLA .
  • Has better mechanical properties than PETG in terms of tensile strength and      bending strength . 
  • Provides smooth surface finish and good dimensional accuracy . 
  • Can be used with non enclosed basic machines. 

Printing Setting 

  • Printing Temperature : 200°C - 230°C . If under extruding, reduce the nozzle temperature 
  • Heated Bed: Easy-PETG can be printed with or without a heated print bed, however, if your 3D printer does have a heated bed, it is recommended that you set your bed temperature to approximately 60°C.
    • Cooling Fan: 50% speed Highly recommended. (Open Door and covers for enclosed printers is recommended as well) 
    • Shell Thickness :  >0.8 mm 
    • Print Speed : 40-80 mm/s
