Manufacturer wound the filament too tight around the spool and this keeps locking the spool during printing and jams the entire process consistently.

Prints well using PrusaSlicer's 'generic PETG' filament configuration. (well by PETG standards, anyways)
One very important thing to note - 'grey' is actually translucent grey. I think maybe only the 'solid' colours are non-translucent. I suspected that based on the pictures, but in person it's dramatically translucent.
In the attached picture, the black part is Prusament galaxy black and is 100% opaque. I held both parts up with my monitor (mostly white) as a background to illustrate the translucence.
For some comparison, Prusament's 'clear' PETG is effectively the same translucence (albeit with no colour tint added).

Rapport qualité prix excellent.. Très facile à imprimer.. Filament précis donc pièces précises.. Un peu collant sur la buse mais en nettoyant la buse régulièrement on éloigne les soucis.. Très bonne adhérence au plateau (j'utilise un PEI / haute température)
Buse 248° - pour solid Grey-

et lit PEI à 72°.. 57mm/s première couche et 175mm/s murs et 280mm/s remplissage..

This is some of the easiest PETG I've ever printed with. Very little stringing, good layer adhesion and both the blue and purple I've tried have had wonderful colour.
I had success with 240/70 for the first layer with 235/65 thereafter. Cooling min 20% max 50% using PrusaSlicer.
I'll definitely be buying more when I'm out or need another colour.

Prints decently, not too bad for leaving dingleberries on print. Wants to warp, NEEDS good bed adhesion.

First try with PETG. Prints well, when u start to learn the temperatures. Bed adhesion can be tricky, start 10-20°C hotter than PLA. Part cooling on first layers is a NO, near impossible for adhesion.
Get much better clarity when printing without part cooling.

Very nice PETG. Prints great. Nice and smooth. It does like to warp a little so make sure you use a raft when printing.

It's prints great. You do need to be careful about letting it absorb moisture from the air since that will increase stringing quite a bit.

I think they wound this particular colour cold or something. I have had endless problems with the spool unwinding faster than the printer calls for it. This results in some really nasty tangled messes.
I have quite a bit of ESun filament. This problem only seems to be with the translucent grey. I love the finished parts that it creates...but I have to sit with the printer while it prints. I finally re-spooled it to an empty spool. Problem solved.

This is beautiful material to work with...once you read the instructions and set the hot-end temperature correctly. It really does want to be 240 or so. Will buy again.

PETG is a great filament to print with once you get the hang of it. Not as forgiving as PLA as it is a bit more finicky. Stringing can be an issue but that advantages over PLA are worth it. More tough and durable, high temperature resistance and does not shrink. You'll have more success if you have a heated bed and follow the manufacturer's suggestion on temperature.
