The Raise 3D RaiseShield Warranty is designed to cover all components of Raise3D E-Series and Pro-Series 3D Printers, (consumables and cosmetic imperfections not included). RaiseShield can only be acquired at the moment of purchase of your 3D printer and must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
To activate RaiseShield for your Raise3D printer is to simply go to https://www.raise3d.com/activate-raiseshield/.
Please note you must do this within 30 days of purchase.
During this process, you will have to fill in the form with the requested information. It will only take a few minutes. You will need:
- A photo of your RaiseShield purchase invoice
- A photo of the serial number of your Raise3D printer
