ReFill PETG is manufactured for usage with re-usable master spools. Print your own spool. This filament reduces your carbon footprint significantly as packaging waste is reduced to an absolute minimum.

With high speed 3D printing becoming more prominent due to the introduction of high speed 3D printers, FormFutura is excited to introduce a range of new and existing upgraded materials to our assortment. These materials, while still suitable for traditional printers, have also been fully optimized for the new high speed 3D printing technology. Do keep in mind that faster print speeds also require higher print temperatures.
ReFill PETG comes without a spool. It fits on a reusable master spool for the 750g version and reusable flanges for the 2000g version.

FormFutura ReFill PETG isn’t spooled on a disposable spool. It comes on a coil and fits on reusable master spools.
ReFill coils are only packaged in reusable vacuum-sealed zipper bags. These zipper bags can be (re)used for storing your various filaments!

These ranges in settings should work for most printers, but please do feel free to experiment outside these ranges if you think it is suitable for your printer.
There are a lot of different type of printers, hot-ends and printer offsets that it is extremely difficult to give an overall one-size-fits-all setting.

After experimenting with Refill even more after its initial release, we found we could make further improvements on it. One thing some users found was that the hold of the printed 2kg spool was not strong enough and could potentially fall off. To negate this issue, we introduced a new system for all our variants where the spool is secured with velcro, which can then be reused to secure the spool on your filament coil. This does require a new and improved printable model of the spool, which can be found by visiting Printables page.
